This mini oil painting is thought to be from the 1980's, framed by early gallerist, merchant and framer - John … Read more This mini oil painting is thought to be from the 1980's, framed by early gallerist, merchant and framer - John Wanamaker - who established his company around the 1900's. The frame is in its original condition and could benefit from a reframing with new paper backing, but think this paper should be preserved for provenance. The cardboard backing is nailed and the original art hasn't been examined out of the frame and I think it's something special.

The actual painting is about 5.25 x 4.6 inches and the frame is in the listing. See less
