This flag made before June 24th 1912 . Makers of flags prior to June 24th 1912 were free to arrange the stars in any design they wanted. This flag was made between February 1912 and June 1912 after these dates President Taft issued an executive order specifying the arrangement of the stars to be rectangular pattern of 6 rows of 8. This flag has 6 rows of 8 in an offset pattern design. This flag is set in an American made frame and under glass. Frame size is 16”x 14” and the flag is 9.5”x 6”. All measurements are approximate.
