Eye catching old Chinese black lacquer three tier wedding box or chest with an unusual horizontal double dragon headed handle across the top This gorgeous piece is hand decorated throughout with long life characters, stylised dragons and bats as well as lotus blossoms all in gold paint work. The three tiers fit together snugly and it has so many uses in the home as well as being purely decorative.
Black interiors and each section is approximately 3" in height.
First to Second Quarter 20th. Century.
