This compact glass lamp combines clear and satin-frosted crystal for a soft, atmospheric glow. “die lichtkugel” – the light sphere – one word that says it all. This model by putzler leuchten from the 1980s is a successful variation on the cube form, capturing the versatility and fascination of glass as a material. Made in germany, the lamp features partially clear and satin-etched crystal glass that produces a beautiful light when switched on. Crafted from solid crystal, fitted with an e14 socket (40w). Dimensions: 13.5 x 13.5 x 10 (h) cm. Listed in the putzler 1980/82 catalogue and marked on the underside. The lamp is in very good vintage condition, with minimal signs of wear consistent with age. The glass is free from chips or cracks. Wiring and socket have been checked by a qualified electrician and are in good working order. Ready for immediate use.
