Classic Empire style with a pair of rounded Doric columns on a base with hand carved scrolls that almost looks like Baroque design, supporting an oval top. The wood looks like mahogany, with a nice wood grain showing thru on the top. The drawer is 18.5" wide by 18" deep by 2" high inside. Likely a Library desk, this piece would look good in both traditional and modern homes. A unique table with a lot of character. See less
