She is wearing a sheepskin bodice and a straw hat can be glimpsed behind her. A halo of holiness radiates around the maiden's head, and above two little angels hold a regal crown in flight. On her right rests the long pastoral staff; her left hand holds two small white roses, while her right hand affectionately caresses her child. From their mouths sprout petals that are, instead, pink in color. In the right foreground is the foot of the shepherdess as she crushes the head of the snake. General Condition: Good condition.
