Made in the Netherlands in the 1960s or early 1970s, the lamp features a bottle-shaped ceramic base glazed in Ravelli’s signature painterly style. Deep cobalt blue, violet, and green tones blend and pool across the surface, achieved through layered reduction firing techniques.

The base is paired with a softly curved mushroom-shaped glass shade, a nod to the organic forms central to Mid-Century Modern design. The contrast between the luminous glaze and the matte translucency of the shade gives this piece its distinctive character—earthy, modern, and subtly futuristic.
