Wall-mounted light fixture designed and made in italy during the 1950s. The unit consists of a tapered opaline glass shade seated on a conical steel stem finished in pale green lacquer. The stem is anchored to a brass backplate with a single horizontal arm and concealed fastening points.
materials: solid brass, lacquered steel, opaline glass.
electrical fitting: one e14 lamp holder; compatible with both 110-120 v (u.s.) and 220-240 v (eu) grids when used with the appropriate bulb.
condition: very good overall, uniform patina on brass and minor surface marks consistent with age and careful use.
up to 250v (europe/uk standard).the wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
