Very proportionate armless caned-back "slipper chairs" inspired by French and English lines, made by Henredon for their Custom Folio Three collection 1964 thru 1969.
Block and dowel construction likely in Pecan, Walnut or combo hardwoods typically used by Henredon.
Tapered front legs are camfered in the Hepplewhite - Sheraton styles with the back legs showing a gentle splay. Sheet caned backs with spline completely intact. 2" double welt-corded black vinyl upholstered seats of foam over jute webbing still with comfortable resilience. All materials original including tags and bottom cloth. Usual dings and surface scuffs to wood finish, but overall in very good condition.
