It is not dated but I am estimating it to the 1940s
It is signed Maurice S*** but i cannot make out the last name. I am unsure if this is from the USA, Israeli or possibly French or Russian. It is by a clearly skilled hand and in the tradition of the great Judaic masters such as, Sigmund Menkes, Arthur Kolnik, Tully Filmus,Ben Zion and Marc Chagall. See less
