Both have a glossy stain on the seat and crest rail (one green, one red) and intricate flower detailing on the crest rail as well. The spindles and undercarriage are in solid shape with wear commensurate with age. The provenance is unknown as these were purchased at an antique store's going-out-of-business sale. The Heywood-Wakefield stamp is on the bottom of each. Price is for the pair. Purchase one or both. See less
