There are scratches, scuffs, dings and overall general wear on the arms and legs. The vinyl on the chair has some tear and wear in the corners and is dirty in the crevices. The foam is starting to deteriorate. These chairs are functional and sturdy and could be cleaned up and used as is, but we’d recommend getting them reupholstered and restored. There is no makers mark. less
