The striking elegantly detailed Brass body with its' sophisticated clear Glass detail hardware forms a stunning profile that creates a profound visual statement, all expertly crafted and assembled to the high standards of MSLC lighting of that era. Comprised completely of solid Brass hardware with Glass accent details. The original elaborate matching Brass Finial crowns a complimentary Silk-like lamp shade which is a contemporary replacement that adds a sophisticated tone while casting the ideal ambient light upon the finely detailed form. This rare & unique lamp is in exceptional original condition, completely intact and fully functional. Very minimal signs of wear with no damage or repair issues with just light wear and light tarnish patina to the Brass finishes. The clear Glass accents are equally as clean with the exception of a small edge chip to one rod piece and a tiny bottom backside corner nick to the pedestal cube piece...practically unnoticeable but mentioned for accuracy. Original pull chain sockets have been inspected and appear to be clean, safe and functional while the power cord has been replaced with new rayon wrapped insulated wiring and is completely safe and functional. The Off White colored Silk-like shade is a contemporary replacement and essentially perfect - the actual shade delivered may vary ever so slightly in details and fabric due to suppliers availability
