An iconic executive desk designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen for Faarup Møbelfabrik, showcasing the refined elegance of Danish Modernism. Crafted from luxurious palisander wood, known for its rich grain and depth of colour.
This desk has been meticulously restored in our workshop. Special care was taken in hand-finishing it with traditional Danish oil – a challenging process particularly suited to dense, exotic woods like palisander, which we are likely among the very few restorers to execute faithfully to original techniques. This method enhances the wood's natural beauty and provides a durable, authentic satin sheen.
