The top has been hand painted with lacquer in typical Art Nouveau fashion with natural decoration, surrounded by a thick bamboo molded border. The base of the table is also made from tortoise bamboo, which adds depth to the side table. The legs are joined by two bamboo stretchers, which can also be used as a small lower shelf. See less
