Description:
A biography exploring the pivotal decade in Picasso's career, from 1907 to 1917, when he and Georges Braque co-created Cubism. The book delves into Picasso's personal life, his artistic development, and the cultural context of the time, including his relationships with women like Geneviève Laporte and Irène Lagut, and his patron, Eugenia Errázuriz. It examines how these experiences influenced his revolutionary vision and his sardonic humor.
