The Executive Chair is an absolute classic of Mid-Century Modern design and was designed in 1946 by the Finnish-American architect and designer Eero Saarinen. These chairs were manufactured by Knoll, European production. Saarinen's organic design language and his commitment to comfort and functionality make this model one of the most important designs of the 20th century.

This set of six is ​​from an early production run. Two of the chairs are a slightly more compact version – a difference that is hardly noticeable visually, but makes the set all the more versatile.

The ergonomically shaped seat shells are made of robust plastic and padded with new foam. The high-quality covers are from the Danish premium manufacturer Kvadrat / Sahco and, with their contemporary bouclé fabric, lend the ensemble an elegant, modern touch.

The chairs rest on sturdy chrome-plated tubular steel frames, which are in beautiful, age-appropriate condition. Some light rust is visible. Two of the chairs still bear the original Knoll sticker – a rare detail that underscores their authenticity.

Each chair rests on a sturdy tubular steel frame, which remains in attractive vintage condition with minor surface rust in places. Two chairs still retain the original Knoll manufacturer label on the frame – a rare and desirable detail for collectors.
