The table is edged with an oak border and stands on an oak square base. What makes Rhone's pieces so amazing is the copper top becomes a work of art on a functional piece of furniture, created by hand-drawn patterns in acid to etch the surface into a relief, then heat treated to create all possible colours you can imagine by patination on copper and afterwards and sealed with a coating. This makes each table he creates with this method unique. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
