The table features a solid oak plank top measuring 2.25 inches thick with rounded demilune ends. The top is supported by a trestle base with massive baluster or urn form legs conjoined by a long stretcher and ending with 8 inch wide shoe feet. The trestle is very solid and sturdy with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The oak has a deep, rich and dark finish with a slightly faded top to commensurate age and use. Handsome profile made on a large scale with rounded ends which gives diners extra space on the ends.
