Vintage Turkish Oushak Rug with Bold Geometric Medallions in Beige 4'9 x 6'10. Keivan Woven Arts / Rug / TU-MTU-4855, country of origin / type: Turkey / Oushak, circa 1940.
This vintage Turkish Oushak rug presents a compelling geometric design featuring three central medallions, each showcasing a striking interplay of angular forms in rich navy blue, muted taupe, and creamy beige. The neutral field is framed by a deep blue border adorned with stylized leaf and dot motifs, offering a rhythmic contrast to the rug’s structured core. Accents of sand and ivory give the composition a sense of lightness while emphasizing the handmade character of this Anatolian piece. The color balance and tribal influence make it an excellent choice for interiors that blend modern minimalism with traditional craftsmanship.
