Spectacular Modernist abstract metal sculpture by American artist Dan Murphy (b.1942-) depicting a large gold metal ribbon swirling and looping around itself mounted to a clear lucite base.
This sculpture is signed by the artist "DAN MURPHY 1985" and is typical of his late 20th century metal "ribbon" sculptures. This a larger one with lots to take in when viewed from different angles.
