This is a most unique pen & ink illustration of a rabbi elder. The letters are Yiddish. Let me know if you have any idea what they say. The portrait is hand colored and signed either "AT" or "TA" from 1972.
This picture has a wooden frame with brass facing on it. It is matted.
It measures: 17 1/4" x 13 1/2" x 1 1/4".
