An iconic showstopper!
This Eames lounge chair and ottoman were designed and made in the United States.
Commissioned by Herman Miller and released in 1956, with the official name Eames Lounge 670 and Ottoman 671.
These pieces are the 1970s example.
We will be carrying out some more restoration, both pieces are showing wear consistent with their age, but are in great original condition. We have carried out some restoration and both the chair and stool are stable and solid. Please take a look at all our pictures to see the quality workmanship and the original maker's stamp.
It is becoming increasingly difficult to find original Herman Miller Eames pieces of this age in this condition.
This design is instantly recognisable and incredibly comfortable.
Dimensions of the chair: seat depth 52cm, seat height 42cm, full height is 80cm and full depth 92cm.
Dimensions of the ottoman: length 65cm, depth is 54cm and height 42cm. This piece has an attribution mark,
I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
