Two fantastic small sideboards from 1958, veneered in light ash and mahogany with perforated sliding doors. Designed by the architect Christa von Paleske, of whom little is known today. Along with Herta Maria Witzemann, she can be ranked among the few major female designers in post-war Germany who dedicated themselves to modern furniture design of international standard. An exceptional desk from this series is in the collection of the Kunstmuseum Düsseldorf. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
