The top is made of steel, etched and torched to resemble water. It is covered in a thick epoxy. The top has three steel buoys that pass through to the underside. The legs are welded chain that are attached to three stretchers made to resemble the sea bed. At the base is a full figured hammerhead shark. The signature of "SLACK" is signed on one of the stretchers (see last photo of signature).
