This is a beauteful mouthblown opaline glass lamp from the famous Danish designer Michael Bang.
The beautiful lampshade in salmon pink/brown color, and with its shimmering, almost living pattern, fits perfectly with this lamp.
He was working in Holmegaard in Denmark, and specialized on advanced opaline glass art in the 80s.
His work combined functionality with artistic playfulness, making him one of Denmark's most prominent glass artists.
