Achille Castiglioni (1918 - 2002) was born in Milan where he began its professional activity giving life to a design activity entirely characterized by research on "new" forms, techniques and materials, tending to the realization of an "integral" design process. Achille Castiglioni is among the founder of the Association for Industrial Design. Achille Castiglioni began its collaboration with Zanotta in 1964.
