Mario Sandon's early career was spent working for various glass factories in the Venetian Island of Murano where he honed his skills and developed his own unique style. In the 1950s he began creating his own glassworks. Mr. Sandon relocated to the US and began working with the Moretti brothers at Pilgrim Glass as he was their brother-in-law.
