Add a unique look to your decor with these rare pair of 19th Century French train carriage lamps, with spring loaded candle; made of brass and glass.
They are manufactured by Parisian Company Albert Butin of Paris.
Designed to hang on a train's carriage wall with two keyholes in bracket. The glass is original and handblown, with one etched with "MIDI" and the other " SNCF". The candle is spring loaded, but one spring is missing.
They are also marked on the sides with company name and location.
Circa: 19th Century
Condition: Good and consistent with age. One spring is missing.
