"Arco d'Orizzonte Flagellato" – Sculptural Column by Raffaello Biagetti for Post Design (2009)
Suggestive and with a strong visual impact, "Arco d'Orizzonte Flagellato" is a column-sculpture belonging to the Lamiere Crude collection, designed by the designer and artist Raffaello Biagetti in 2009 for Post Design, an editorial and production project born within the historic Memphis Milan.
This extraordinary work fuses the brutality of industrial material with a highly conceptual aesthetic, resulting in a totemic presence that dominates the space with strength and symbolism. The material and apparently rough surface of the metal contrasts with the poetic tension evoked by the title, generating a contrast full of meaning between constructive rationality and emotional language.
