The Plia folding chair was designed by Giancarlo Piretti for the manufacturer Anonima Castelli. Elegant design. Grateful and popular model that can easily be combined with the rest of the furniture. This design comes into its own, especially in a modern interior. Sturdy structure in chrome with some signs of age here and there, such as light rust formation under the plastic seat of some chairs (see photos). Plastic seat and backrest, making it very suitable for outdoor use. Width 47 cm, height 75 cm and depth 50 cm. The seat height is 44 cm. The chair can be stored away very efficiently and takes up very little space when folded. In 1 chair (last 2 photos) you will notice an asterisk in the backrest and the floor glides are missing (it is best to replace these with new ones over time or simply remove them all). They are original copies from the 1970s and therefore have signs of wear. New they cost €300/chair. Weight per chair: 5 kg. When closed, each chair takes up 5 cm (depth).
