Portrait of the actress Catherine Deneuve by fashion photographer Barry McKinley, 1980s, shot in connection with the erotic horror film "Desire" directed by Tony Scott, with the actors Deneuve, David Bowie and Susan Sarandon.
In this film, Deneuve plays a lesbian vampire who is in a ménage à trois with her surprisingly suddenly aging vampire husband and a scientist researching human immortality.
Barry McKinley was a well-known fashion photographer throughout Europe during the 1960s to 1980s. He died of AIDS in 1992.
Hand-made barite print, warm-toned, and hand-signed by Barry McKinley. Very good condition, was always protected behind glass. Collectible.
