It consists of two waves, carved from a single block of polyurethane cut in two by an “S”-shaped line, which interlock and overlap to create different configurations. Its lightness and modularity allow for varied uses: Superonda can function as a sofa, a bed, or a chaise longue. Like many of the pieces designed by Archizoom, it challenges bourgeois conventions, encouraging user creativity and imagination.
