Rainer Daumiller is a furniture designer who was born in Germany and migrated to Denmark in 1959. The sculptural wooden furniture represents Daumiller's love for natural materials and his connection to nature. The artist's work is strongly influenced by the ideas of the Austrian philosopher, social reformer and architect Rudolf Steiner.
The designer designed the Daumiller armchairsin 1977 and is now his best-known design. The chair was recently re-edited by Gubi and is currently experiencing a renaissance.
Designed to be functional yet fun, this is a chair that everyone can appreciate, enjoy and, most importantly, seek comfort within.

The set consists of four chairs organic and natural armchairs in solid pine .
These ergonomic pine chairs are carved to fit the human body like a glove, while the simple design will complement a variety of tastes and designs. Due to its ergonomic, timeless design and quality materials, we suggest using several around a dining table or pairing one with your workspace in order to ideate and create in comfort.
It is a simplistic design with a round, deep seating and full attention for the natural expression and grain of the wood. The slender curved backrest of the chairs seamlessly transitions into the armrests, which are upheld by sturdy cylindrical legs. Very comfortable chairs with excellent woodwork.
