Spectacular large-format ceiling lamp made of fine Murano glass, Italy, circa the 1970s, with a floral design that combines translucent white leaves with others in a delicate pink tone, creating an elegant and enveloping composition. The leaves, made by hand using the traditional technique of blown and molded glass, have a frosted finish that generates an iridescent effect capable of revealing bluish and pink tones depending on the viewing angle, further accentuating their decorative character. The centerpiece, in the shape of a fluted cup, houses the lighting system and is topped by a gold metallic sphere that adds a subtle warm contrast. Its sculptural presence makes it a notable work of Italian design from the 1970s, evoking the splendor of the great floral compositions of late Art Deco.
