This humorous vintage glass flask, with a stretched & stitched leather covering and original bakelite cap, would make a great addition to any bar or barware collection. The leather covering has an impressed & printed Drunk Poem on one side and a Barometer of drunkness on the other with cutouts in the leather revealing the liquid consumed. A unique conversation piece! Circa 1940s
In very good original condition with no chips or cracks to the glass, fully intact stitching, and original bakelite cap. The printing on the leather is mildly faded in some areas but still very readable, the leather has a 3/16" hole at the bottom edge and there is scuffing and wear to the leather in several places. See photos for these condition issues.
Holds 200ml which is about 0.85 cups.
