A beautiful large vintage all-cotton "boutis" (French for quilt), crafted sometime in the mid-1960s and recently discovered during our restorative buying trip through Paris's charming local brocantes and village flea markets.
Our Paris Story
Recently we really needed a break from everything, as we're all feeling right now, and what better place to head than Paris? Instead of venturing out to the big flea markets, we decided to stay closer to our base in the Place des Vosges and explore the intimate local brocantes and village markets scattered throughout the city. We found some amazing treasures, boxed them up, and had DHL ship everything back to Vermont before the tariffs began - this gorgeous boutis among our most cherished finds.
