Vintage Mid-Century Modern "AlphaSculpt" metal cube sculpture by artist Sheldon Rose made in the 1960's.
This Brutalist abstract sculpture is embossed with various letters, numbers and symbols on every side, similar to a typesetting block. One side has the artist's signature reading "alphasculpt - Sheldon Rose" with a rose symbol and a word or year that is hard to make out but looks like "©1968". It's made of a heavyweight metal with a dark silver-grey finish.
It measures 4" on each side and weighs 3 lbs.
