We believe the chairs have been previously reupholstered, but we believe the fabric is still a vintage fabric. The fabric is faded, with signs of age and use throughout. In particular on the top of the chairs. The upholstery is starting to come undone in the seat of a chair. There are scuffs scratches, marks, dents signs of age and used throughout the mahogany legs. we believe this set could be used as is but we recommend getting these reupholstered and refinished. Please see photos for in-depth details of the condition. less
