A Very Good Quality Mid 19th Century Walnut Circular Lamp Table, Having Superb Circular Top with Profuse Floral Marquetry Inlaid Decoration And Attractive Brass Mounted Decoration, Raised On Spiral Twist Turned Central Column Terminating On Elegant Moulded Tripod Legs with Further Ormolu Mounted Decoration.
A fabulous quality little lamp table, or occasional table, which was almost certainly constructed in one of the top workshops of the time. Every detail is of excellent quality and it is absolutely smothered with expensive ormolu mounted decoration, which only the best workshops would have been able to afford to purchase in the first place.
It is also particularly elegant and useful. Its a small but practical size and remarkably sturdy and would suit many a different space, with many a different purpose.
