Losange shaped cocoon lamp designed by friedel wauer for goldkant leuchten, germany. The lamp is made of a unique polymer sprayed on to a metal frame, to give a cocoon effect. Measures: diameter 15.75" in. (40cm), body height 7.9" in. (20 cm) , total height incl. Cable 118" in. (300 cm). Lighting: takes one large edison e27 base screw bulb. Wattage: we recommend up to 60w per bulb. Works on 220v as well as 110v. Condition: very good vintage condition, beautifully aged, no damage. Wiring: the lamp has been tested with us american light bulbs under 120v and they work flawlessly, no tools or rewiring required. All our goods are originally wired for 220v. Delivery without bulbs. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution,
