An antique primitive handmade pine storage chest that makes a perfect side table.
Or perhaps you use it for storage, toys, linens etc.

Found in a Connecticut farm. The pine box has a hinged lid. It has its original time worn wood finish with all the patina and character we love.

There are some old markings and writing on and in the box as shown.
One side of the box is stamped C&P Springfield Mass.
The inside of the open lid reads Conn and a name of likely one of the original owners.

Some surface wear typical from use and age. See less
