George Thompson Pritchard (1878–1962)
A New Zealand-born artist, Pritchard was celebrated for his impressionistic landscapes, seascapes, and floral still lifes. He trained at prominent art institutions across New Zealand, Australia, Europe, and the United States, and exhibited internationally throughout his career. Settling in California in his later years, Pritchard developed a refined, painterly style shaped by his global experiences. His works are held in notable public and private collections, including the New Zealand Parliament and Duart House.
