The object, after being finished, is dried and then fired in the oven for the first time at around 1000°. Subsequently, a transparent glaze is applied to the surface of the object which undergoes a second firing at 1260°. The surface is smooth to the touch and the final object is cream colored with very fine dots. The soft color of the lamp, together with the rosette and lamp holder, both in light wood, help to create a warm effect in any room of the house.
