a refined 19th-century french louis xvi style mirror with a rectangular, almost square, giltwood frame, decorated with gesso and finished in gold leaf. Dating to circa 1880, this mirror retains its original glass, which shows only a few light marks. The giltwood frame bears small imperfections typical for its age and use, yet remains structurally sound and in good, solid condition. Its softly aged finish adds warmth and character, enhancing the mirror’s antique charm. Timeless in style yet surprisingly contemporary in look, this piece makes a striking decorative accent in both modern and traditional interiors.
