Store Item: Kittinger Colonial Williamsburg Mahogany Partner's Desk CW 168
Description: Copied from an antique circa 1765 in the Colonial Williamsburg Collection, this double desk, or partner's desk, has 9 hand made dovetailed constructed front drawers and 9 hand made dovetailed constructed identical back drawers. It is also sectional, with the two pedestals separate from the top. The ormolu handles are cast brass. The original of this piece was in the Governor's Palace in Colonial Williamsburg. An extremely rare and difficult Kittinger desk to find, the desk lends great dignity to home or office. Extremely high end construction.
Condition Report: Good Condition, with some scuffs and scratches as expected with usage. Finish has some sun fading, one drawer has a hairline crack. Rare and Beautiful showpiece.
