On one of our vintage treasure hunts we were drawn to this intricately carved hardwood frame and decided to lacquer it black for dramatic effect. The hand cut marble top was then wrapped in a bold rhythmic Art Deco fabric and then encased in 3 layers of hardened clear resin. The swirls and shapes of the pattern directly complement the curvaceous frame and scalloped edging of the marble itself.
