A silver pill box, made to commemorate the coronation of George V, by James Fenton, Birmingham, England, date marked, 1910.
The round lidded box shows the heads of King George the Fifth and Queen Mary.
George V became King in 1910. He is the grandfather of Queen Elizabeth II.
Around the upper rim is the raised Latin inscription: George V Rex et Iaria Reg., meaning George V Regent of the Empire.
Silver with a gold washed interior.
