Oil on canvas of a traditional English fox hunt scene in front of an imposing English manor. In traditional manner, the painting features a pack of foxhounds and several riders wearing scarlet coats, white scarves, and black hats preparing for the chase. Maintains a wonderful shine and vivid colors. Matted and framed in an elegant giltwood frame. Signed by artist R. G. Carter. There is a 1992 date on the back but unclear if that is the date of the framing or the date of the painting.
