The lamp is in very good condition, the bronze frame is of very high quality and has been newly polished. The pate de verre glass bowl in the colors blue, purple and pink has a slightly larger diameter (41cm) than a usual bowl. It is also undamaged.

the muller freres company was founded in 1895 in luneville near nancy and existed until 1936. During this time they manufactured glasses in the style of the nancy school; the muller siblings' creations were of very high quality and achieved great fame. This piece has an attribution mark,
